MVP Live Sports is a mobile app for pickup games, tournaments, teams, venues, live scoring, and leaderboards. Most account and event actions happen inside the app.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Edit Profile, and delete your account from there. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, authentication record, and personal content we control.
What sports does the app support?
Basketball, golf, pool, darts, and motocross — including pickup games, live scoring, tournaments, teams, and venue-hosted events.
How do tournament entry payments and refunds work?
Paid tournament entries include a venue entry fee plus a separate MVP Live service and processing fee. Service and processing fees are non-refundable.
If a tournament is canceled, only the venue entry fee portion may be refunded depending on the cancellation reason selected in the app. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Can minors use the app?
Users under 18 may have private profiles by default. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors who use the app. Some tournament sign-ups may require parent approval. The app is not directed to children under 13.
How do I request privacy help or data deletion?
Email privacy@mvplivesports.com for privacy questions or deletion requests. You can also review our Privacy Policy.
I am a venue owner. How do I get help with Stripe payouts?
Use the Stripe Connect onboarding flow inside the app. If setup does not complete, email support@mvplivesports.com with your venue name and the email on your account.
