How do I create an account?

Download MVP Live Sports while we’re in open testing: iPhone (TestFlight) or Android (Google Play). More detail is on the Testing page. Open the app and sign up with email, Sign in with Apple (iPhone), or Google Sign-In. Choose whether you are an athlete or venue owner during registration.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Edit Profile, and delete your account from there. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, authentication record, and personal content we control.

What sports does the app support?

Basketball, golf, pool, darts, motocross, pickleball, flag football, and baseball & softball — including pickup games, live scoring, teams, and venue-hosted events. Basketball tournaments support Play to 21 or a timed game clock (10 / 15 / 20 minutes). Flag football and baseball/softball pickups are fully live; tournaments for those sports are in open beta. Pickleball supports pickup and singles or doubles bracket tournaments; leagues for all sports are in open beta.

What is MVP Plus?

MVP Plus is an optional paid membership in the app. It unlocks features such as unlimited daily pickup hosting, more teams per sport, automatic venue check-in, customizable event reminders, favorited-venue tournament alerts, live motocross Go Time notifications, early tournament entry, live Spectate when you’re not on the roster, Follow events for start and reminder pushes without signing up, and other athlete tools. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless you cancel in your device subscription settings. See our Terms of Service (section 7) for billing and refund details.

How do push notifications and location work?

All users can turn on push notifications in Profile Settings for activity alerts — friend requests, achievements, team updates, invites, and tournament sign-up approvals.

MVP Plus adds customizable event reminders, alerts when favorited venues post new tournaments, and live motocross Go Time notifications (staging and gate timing). Location permission is used for venue check-in, nearby Explore, maps, and pickup hosting proximity. You can change notification and location preferences in the app or in your device settings.

How do tournament entry payments and refunds work?

Paid tournament entries include a venue entry fee plus a separate MVP Live service and processing fee. Service and processing fees are non-refundable.

If a tournament is canceled, only the venue entry fee portion may be refunded depending on the cancellation reason selected in the app. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Can minors use the app?

Users 13+ can create their own account. Athletes under 13 are added by a parent or guardian (18+) via Profile → Parent profile → Create youth athlete. Users under 18 may have private profiles by default. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors who use the app. Some tournament and league sign-ups may require parent approval.

How do I request privacy help or data deletion?

I am a venue owner. How do I get help with Stripe payouts?

Use the Stripe Connect onboarding flow inside the app. If setup does not complete, email support@mvplivesports.com with your venue name and the email on your account.
