Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, username, email, date of birth, city, state, profile photo, and phone number when you provide it (venue owners).
• Camera and photo library: images you choose or capture for profile photos, venue and team pictures, and AMA membership card verification.
• Activity data: event sign-ups, check-ins, scores, ratings, badges, team membership, league enrollment, messages, community feed activity, and venue reviews you submit in the app.
• Venue, tournament, and league data you create or manage as a host, official, venue owner, or league commissioner, including public listing details (name, address, sports, amenities, photos, and map location) shown in Explore and related product surfaces.
• Venue access requests: work email, phone number, and related contact details you submit when requesting access to an existing venue listing.
• Location data: when you grant permission, we collect device location for venue check-in, nearby Explore filters, map features, and pickup hosting proximity checks.
• Push notification data: device tokens and your in-app notification preferences so we can send activity alerts (such as friend requests, team invites, and achievements) and, when you enable them, event reminders, favorited-venue tournament alerts, motocross Go Time updates, and membership renewal reminders.
• Payment data: tournament and league sign-up payments, optional tournament donations, and venue practice payments processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe may save card metadata (such as brand, last four digits, and expiration) so you can reuse a saved card for future checkout.
• Subscription data: MVP Plus purchase and entitlement status from RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play (we do not receive your full payment card number for subscriptions).
• Parent and family data: when a parent account is linked, we store the relationship needed to approve minor tournament and league sign-ups (including free under-18 league enrollment and parent or team-staff approvals).
• Motocross membership data: AMA membership details you choose to add to your profile for verification and renewal reminders.
• Safety and moderation data: content reports you submit, block relationships, and moderation actions taken on your account.
• Diagnostic data through Firebase Crashlytics, such as app version, device type, and crash reports.

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Match you to events, teams, venues, and tournaments
• Display venue listings, maps, and Explore discovery for public and claimed venues
• Display leaderboards, stats, and achievements
• Send push and in-app notifications about social activity, teams, invites, and events
• Verify venue check-in and show nearby venues in Explore
• Process venue-related payments and payouts through Stripe when you use those features
• Activate MVP Plus features and subscription entitlements
• Improve reliability and fix bugs

Your profile, stats, and activity may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the features you use. Private profiles limit visibility of certain social features.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the app, including Google Firebase (authentication, databases, storage, crash reporting, push messaging, and cloud functions), Stripe (tournament and league sign-up payments, optional donations, venue access payments, and venue payouts), Resend (transactional purchase receipt emails), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple or Google (in-app subscription billing and sign-in). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep account and activity data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and authentication record and remove personal content we control, such as your profile photo. Some historical event or tournament records may retain an anonymous user ID so past results remain intact.

Self-registration is limited to users 13 and older. Athletes under 13 must be added by a parent or guardian (18+) through Parent profile → Create youth athlete after the parent creates their own account. Youth profiles are private by default and linked to the parent. Parent or guardian linking and approval may also be required for under-18 participation in leagues and some paid events. We use industry-standard security practices through Firebase, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong password and keep your device secure.

You can update profile information in Edit Profile and delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent. You can disable push notifications in the app or in your device settings. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features (such as GPS check-in) will not work without it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version number and effective date.
